Through the PMO services, we act as a strategic partner, taking our clients’ projects as our own, incorporating our experience and knowledge to each challenge.
We manage our clients’ project offices, assuming responsibility for all stages of the process. We use methodologies that adapt to the requirements of projects of different size and complexity.
Rightshore project management
We have extensive experience in distributed equipment management, which ensures continuous communication flows and guarantees the success of projects of diverse complexity and scope.
Project portfolio management
We handle the centralized management of processes, methods and technologies used by project managers and project management offices (PMO). Our consultants determine the resources needed to deliver the product in a timely manner. They also carry out the planning and control of activities to meet the operational objectives, within the framework of the limitations imposed by customers and external factors.
Our project management processes are part of our quality management system, certified under ISO 9001: 2008 standards. They are also aligned with the ISO / IEC 90003: 2004 software engineering standard and with the process areas of level 2 and 3 of the CMMI-DEV model, established by the Software Engineering Institute (SEI) of Carnegie Mellon University.
